Dental treatment is often performed in the presence of saliva and bleeding. A slight omission may be infected with hepatitis, AIDS, tuberculosis, etc., with disastrous consequences. Therefore, no matter how strict the disinfection measures are, it cannot be exaggerated.

We are equipped with three German Melag sterilizers, the top brand in the industry, to sterilize the instruments at high temperature and high pressure. Every month, we will conduct biological testing on sterilization equipment and sterilized items to ensure qualified sterilization.

With reference to the standards of the American Dental Association, we have formulated comprehensive disinfection and sterilization measures and strictly implemented them. These measures include, but are not limited to:

1. For instruments that are resistant to humidity and heat, chemical and high temperature and high pressure double disinfection and sterilization shall be carried out, so that each instrument can meet the "sterilization" standard, not just the "sterilization" standard, such as mouth mirrors, probes, tweezers, teeth Drills, burs, pulp extraction needles, root canal files, tooth extraction forceps, scalpels, periodontal treatment instruments, etc.

2. For items that are not resistant to humidity and heat, we will use disposable items, which will be destroyed immediately after use and handed over to professional environmental protection companies for disposal, such as cups, saliva suction tubes, front flaps, protective films, gloves, disposable syringes, etc. .

3. In order to ensure that the instruments are not polluted during the disinfection and sterilization period, we have set up two disinfection rooms, one for cleaning, sterilizing and sterilizing the instruments, and the other for storing the sterilized instruments.


Space disinfection

We are equipped with a whole house purification fresh air system, and cooperate with the exhaust system to form a clean fresh air circulation.

We regularly conduct ultraviolet ozone disinfection on the air of the consultation room every day. After the treatment with heavy pollution is completed, we will immediately conduct ultraviolet ozone disinfection.

Our operating room has always been sterilized with thousand-level laminar flow ultra-purified air, which can provide effective guarantee for diagnosis and treatment.

We thoroughly clean and disinfect the dental chair, working surface and floor every morning before the clinic; after the client is seated, cover the medical-care contact area of the dental chair with a blue film; after the client's treatment, the dental chair is Clean and disinfect surfaces; clean and disinfect in time when contaminated.

International standard laminar flow ultra-clean operating room

We have set up a thousand-level laminar flow ultra-purification operating room that meets international standards, far exceeding the requirements of regulatory authorities, using advanced air cleaning measures, the number of dust larger than 0.5 microns per liter of air is less than 35 particles, and the number of dust larger than 5 microns is less than 35 particles per liter of air. Less than 0.3 capsules make the bacteria spread without carriers, thus effectively preventing and controlling the occurrence of infection, and the surgical infection rate is almost zero.

During the treatment, the water we use is UV-sterilized pure water that can be directly drunk.

The surface of the water pipeline in the dental chair has a special antibacterial coating to prevent the growth of bacteria.

Medical sewage is discharged into the municipal sewage system after ozone disinfection.

Strict Sterilization Procedures

After the instruments are used, we first wash them thoroughly under running water, and then soak them in 84 disinfectant for 1 hour.

For instruments that have been stained with blood, or have complex structures and many gaps, we soak them in an enzymatic cleaning solution for 30 minutes.

The soaked instruments are placed in an ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning, and then rinsed under running water.

Dry the instrument, seal it in a packaging bag, and indicate the sterilization date, expiration date, etc. on the outside of the package.

Put it into the autoclave for complete sterilization, and monitor the sterilization effect with the sterilization indicator strip.

The sterilized instruments are sorted and stored in the sterile cabinet, and those that are expired or suspected to be contaminated are re-sterilized.

Open the package in front of the guests to use.
