As long as you make a call, we will make an appointment for a suitable treatment time for you according to your needs; after each treatment, we will make an appointment for a follow-up visit for you. If necessary, we will remind you before your appointment.

After some treatments, we will proactively contact you in case something unusual happens. If necessary, we will regularly remind you to check and maintain your teeth to prevent problems before they occur.

Before the treatment, we will explain the detailed treatment plan and the corresponding budget to you. Such a plan is what your doctor thinks is right for you, not necessarily the most expensive. Often different treatment options will have different budgets and effects.

Medical Record

The medical record is a carrier to record your dental condition and treatment process, and it is also an important information for future dental treatment. In order to provide better care and protection for your teeth, we will protect your medical records just like we care for your teeth. In fact, since the clinic opened in 1998, all of our clients' medical records have been properly protected, and not a single page of medical records or a single dental radiograph has been lost.

Quality Assurance

All the teeth we treat will receive our quality promise. If the problem is caused by improper treatment within five years, we will re-treatment for you free of charge. For implants, there will be a ten-year quality commitment.
